My father was a Chrysler engineer in the U.S. from 1962-1983 and he leased one of these when I was 3 years old in 1965. It was white with red interior and the passenger seat was so comfortable to me I always fell asleep if I sat in it very long. I remember him being thrilled when we were going down a long, straight, steep downhill road and he managed to break 100 mph! I remember he told me not to tell my Mom we went 100! I don't remember him doing the same thing in the 4 door Simca he leased the following year but he probably did.

Had a Simca Bertone Coupe bought new while in Germany. Picked it up in Paris, around 1969-70. When the Simca 1200S came out, I replaced the 1000 with the 12000s engine. It became a rocket, wish I had it back Blew the doors off every Opel GT around

We had a 1965 1000 Bertone Coupe when I was younger, around 1990. It went to the junkyard before I could get it back. No rust, very nice car. It was red like yours, I wish I had another one. Email 25modelt@gmail.com You have a very nice car.

    Hello,

My name is Yohay and I'm from israel.
I have 1966 Simca coupe that want to restore and I need most of the rubber profile for the car:
    -Front/Rear main windows.
    -Front right/left doors.
    -Front right/left triangle windows.
    -Rear right/left small windows.

Please let me know if you can help me with this issue.

    Thanks in advanced,
